1. Obtain a “BIONIC Request Application” (Applications are available on the church website: com under the “Resources” tab.) The Application must be completely filled out. *The form and All supporting documentation should be attached and return to the church via the Bionic ministry email or in person. (Incomplete applications will not be considered)
2. The application will be reviewed by the Bionic Ministry. (The Bionic Ministry reserves the right to contact utility companies, landlords, etc. to verify need.)
3. The applicant will be informed of the status of his/her application via phone/text/email. (Within 10 days of the request.)
4. If the applicant is eligible for assistance, the disbursement shall be made directly to the party or agency to whom payment is due. (No funds will be given directly to the applicant or household requesting the assistance.)
5. Funds are intended to be temporarily held during times of crisis.
***Note: (The recipients or households can only receive assistance once within a 12 month period.)
